About The Role

Growthally Advisors is looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused professional to join its team as Manager – Lease Operations.

The role involves managing and coordinating the end-to-end lease operations lifecycle, including client onboarding, transaction execution, documentation, financial monitoring, lease administration, asset tracking, and closure.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong financial and analytical capabilities, commercial awareness, stakeholder management skills, and a high degree of ownership. The position requires the ability to manage multiple leasing transactions, maintain robust operational controls, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across the lease lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lease Operations and Transaction Management
- Manage end-to-end lease operations, from client onboarding and transaction setup through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate leasing transactions in accordance with approved commercial terms, contractual obligations, and internal processes.
- Monitor transaction timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and outstanding actions to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure seamless coordination across leasing, finance, accounts, legal, operations, and other relevant functions.
- Proactively identify execution bottlenecks and drive timely resolution of operational issues.
- Client Onboarding and Documentation Management
- Manage client onboarding, including KYC, financial information, due diligence, and transaction-related documentation.
- Coordinate the preparation, review, verification, execution, and maintenance of lease agreements and supporting documents.
- Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, commercial consistency, and alignment with approved terms.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Accounts, Company Secretarial, Insurance, Operations, lenders, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation controls, record maintenance, and compliance with applicable internal policies and requirements.
- Financial Monitoring and Controls
- Monitor rental schedules, receivables, collections, disbursements, security deposits, advances, and other financial obligations.
- Oversee invoice processing, payment follow-ups, financial settlements, and resolution of outstanding items.
- Maintain financial trackers, MIS reports, reconciliation statements, and transaction-level dashboards.
- Conduct periodic reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in payments, invoices, balances, and transaction records.




- Track financial milestones and ensure timely coordination for payments, collections, and settlements.
- Support financial reporting, audit requirements, and management reviews through accurate and timely data.
- Lease Administration and Asset Management
- Oversee lease administration, asset documentation, asset tracking, renewals, and end-of-lease processes.
- Maintain accurate records of leased assets, contractual commitments, payment schedules, and transaction history.
- Monitor lease expiry dates, renewal timelines, financial commitments, and other contractual milestones.
- Coordinate asset-related documentation, insurance requirements, compliance records, and contractual deliverables.
- Ensure appropriate tracking and closure of lease-related obligations throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Stakeholder and Relationship Management
- Serve as a key coordination point for clients, internal business teams, finance, legal, operations, lenders, and external partners.
- Drive timely follow-ups and ensure accountability for pending actions across stakeholders.
- Facilitate the resolution of documentation gaps, financial discrepancies, contractual issues, and operational dependencies.
- Maintain professional communication and strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective coordination between commercial commitments and operational execution.
- MIS, Reporting and Process Improvement
- Prepare and maintain management information systems, operational dashboards, financial trackers, and periodic reports.
- Monitor key operational parameters, including transaction status, receivables, collections, documentation completion, and lease expiries.
- Establish and maintain robust processes for documentation management, transaction tracking, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Identify process gaps, operational risks, and control weaknesses, and recommend corrective measures.
- Maintain audit-ready records, transaction trails, supporting documentation, and compliance registers.
- Drive improvements in operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, turnaround times, and overall lease management processes.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–9 years of relevant experience in lease operations, financial services, NBFCs, lending operations,



asset financing, finance operations, transaction management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of lease administration, financial documentation, transaction processing, and reconciliations.
- Experience in managing invoices, collections, disbursements, payment schedules, security deposits, and financial obligations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, financial trackers, and transaction-level analysis.
- Ability to review commercial terms, agreements, financial schedules, and supporting documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve operational issues.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and follow-up capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and execution discipline.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, accounting, and workflow management systems is desirable.
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality, compliance, accountability, and professional conduct.
