Financial Reporting & Analysis
Internal audit and coordinate with internal audit team of HO time to time budget working alongwith coordination with team
Inventory verifications monthly and coordinate with audit team for physical verifications
Cost targets to team monthly and chase with weekly actuals
Oversee and reconcile inventory, including leading the annual physical inventory process.
Manage fixed asset accounting, from capitalization to physical verification.
Ensure compliance of INDAS company policies, and other regulations.
Maintain a robust internal control structure.
Collaborate with plant and corporate HO team on financial initiatives.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
