About The Role

We are looking for a hands on Finance &

- Accounts Manager to manage accounting, compliance, reporting and financial controls across The Seksaria Group and its sister concerns.

What You’ll Do

- Manage end to end accounting and monthly book closure
- Handle financial reporting, MIS, budgeting and variance analysis
- Manage GST, TDS, TCS and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and internal stakeholders
- Oversee AP, AR, General Ledger, reconciliations and cash flow
- Manage intercompany accounting and transactions across Group entities
- Strengthen financial controls, processes and accounting systems
- Support Management with financial analysis and business insights

What We’re Looking For
- 6 to 9 years of relevant Finance &
- Accounts experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit and financial reporting




- Experience managing multiple companies or Group entities preferred
- Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, TCS and Income Tax
- Strong ownership, attention to detail and problem solving ability
- M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred

Added Advantage Hands on experience with ERPNext, especially Finance &
- Accounting modules, multi company accounting, GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, fixed assets and financial reporting, will be a strong advantage.
