Purpose/Objective

Senior Executive - MEPF(Execution) is responsible for assisting in the execution and supervision of MEPF systems in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

This role involves coordination with contractors, vendors, and project teams to facilitate smooth execution, conducting quality checks, and resolving on-site issues related to MEPF installations.

Key Responsibilities of Role

MEPF Execution & Supervision: Assist in the execution of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting installations at the site.

Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to approved shop drawings and technical specifications.

Conduct daily site inspections to verify quality and compliance with industry standards.

Support in resolving technical issues, coordinating with the design team and contractors to ensure smooth execution.

Track work schedules and report progress to the Lead - MEPF and project managers.

Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Ensure that MEPF works are executed as per approved standards and guidelines.

Conduct quality checks on materials before installation and flag any non-compliance issues.

Implement and enforce safety measures related to electrical and fire protection systems.

Ensure that all work activities align with safety norms and environmental guidelines.

Contractor & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with MEPF contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with scope and quality parameters.

Review shop drawings and method statements before submission for approval.

Assist in material inspections and ensure proper storage and handling.

Testing, Commissioning & Documentation: Support in testing, commissioning, and system handover by ensuring functional verification of all MEPF systems.

Assist in preparing final reports, as-built drawings, and O&M; manuals for submission to the client.

Document site progress, test reports, and issue logs for future reference.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:



Ensure that MEPF installations meet local and international safety standards and environmental regulations.

Assist in identifying project risks, such as design conflicts or construction challenges, and develop mitigation plans.

Coordinate with relevant regulatory bodies to facilitate approvals and inspections.

Stakeholder Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and construction managers, to ensure effective project execution.

Act as a liaison between vendors, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth coordination and conflict resolution.

Site Inspections & Reporting: Conduct regular site visits to assess the progress of MEPF installations and address technical concerns.

Prepare progress reports, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends, current materials, and sustainable technologies in MEPF systems.

Contribute to energy-efficient and cost-effective MEPF solutions within airport infrastructure.

Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

Work Experience: 5-8 years of experience inin MEPF execution for large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and site supervision tools.

Certifications like Engineer (CEng)/LEED Accreditation/Project Management is preferred.
