- Development

- Lead end-to-end mechanical design of products such as:

- Solar inverter housings

- Power electronics cabinets

- Develop 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA).

- Ensure design compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Engineering Analysis

- Perform thermal, structural, and vibration analysis to ensure product reliability.

- Optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA).

- Conduct tolerance stack-up and life-cycle analysis.

Prototyping &

- Testing

- Collaborate with prototyping teams to build and validate design concepts.

- Review test reports and implement design improvements.

- Support reliability testing and certification processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with electrical, electronics, and manufacturing teams.

- Interface with vendors and suppliers for component development.

- Support sourcing and cost optimization initiatives.

Project Management

- Lead design projects and ensure timely delivery.

- Prepare design documentation, BOMs, and engineering reports.

- Mentor junior engineers and review their designs.
