Field-based: Work is conducted on-site at customer locations.

- Role Criticality & Business Impact This position directly supports the Data Center vertical.
- Key Skill Requirements

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, especially chillers, is mandatory.
- Candidate must understand:
- Data Center customer ecosystem
- Key DC accounts and stakeholders
- Evolving chiller technologies and innovations




- Needs to be technically inclined (technocrat) with the ability to present solutions clearly.

- Sales & Customer Handling Expectations Must possess excellent negotiation skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.Should be comfortable handling large-scale, high-stake customer conversations.Ability to respond quickly to customer requirements—they expect fast turnaround and solution clarity.Should be agile, adaptive, and a fast learner due to the rapidly evolving DC environment.
- Experience Band

- Preferred experience: 12+ years in HVAC/chiller sales candidate brings strong DC or chiller exposure.
