Key Responsibilities

- Execute and manage post-trade operations for commodity transactions physical and derivatives.
- Handling Exchange obligation ,Commodity Delivery obligations.
- Knowledge for Fund Allocation Process
- Coordinate logistics, including shipping, warehousing, and delivery schedules.
- Manage contracts, trade confirmations, and Margin Statement.
- Handle documentation ( invoices, , quality certificates, customs paperwork)
- Ensure timely settlement of trades, invoicing, and payments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal control requirements
- Identify and mitigate operational risks and resolve trade discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records in Backoffice System.

The Manager - Commodities and Trade Settlement will oversee the end-to-end process of commodity trading and settlements. You are Responsible for

- Managing and overseeing all commodity trade settlements, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Developing and implementing best practices for trade reconciliation and settlement procedures.
- Liaising with various departments, including trading, compliance, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyzing trade data and identifying areas for process improvement.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commodities trading and settlement, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trade data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- A thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance related to commodities trading.
