The Manager of Certification & Technical Support will be responsible for overseeing the certification process for our products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role involves coordinating with various teams to facilitate product testing, certification, and documentation. The manager will also provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to product performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the certification process for new and existing products, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted to relevant authorities.
- Collaborate with R&D;, engineering, and production teams to ensure products meet all regulatory requirements and specifications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with certification bodies, regulatory agencies, and industry associations.
- Provide technical support to sales and customer service teams, equipping them with the necessary knowledge to assist clients effectively.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams to enhance their understanding of product compliance and certification processes.
- Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations, adjusting internal processes accordingly to maintain compliance.
- Prepare and manage certification budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Skills and Tools Required

- Solid knowledge of certification standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the automotive and power industries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical issues efficiently.
