Role Description The Mall Tenant Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing tenant-related activities within the shopping center. The role involves acting as a key liaison between mall management and tenants, coordinating fit-outs, store openings, and ensuring adherence to design, operational, and safety standards. The coordinator will manage lease-related documentation and communication, track key milestones, and work closely with internal teams such as operations, facilities, and accounts to support tenant needs.

Daily tasks include handling tenant queries, facilitating issue resolution,



maintaining accurate records, and supporting smooth day-to-day mall operations. The role also includes assisting in reporting, preparing status updates, and contributing to a positive tenant experience that aligns with RaveDesign’s standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Tenant Coordination skills, including managing fit-outs, tracking timelines, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with tenants and internal teams, and to resolve issues promptly.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Leases and Lease Administration, including understanding lease terms, maintaining documentation, and supporting related processes.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tenant requirements simultaneously.
- Relevant experience in mall operations, property management, or retail coordination is beneficial, along with familiarity with basic MS Office tools and reporting.
- A diploma or degree in commerce, business, property management, or a related field is preferred, and prior experience in a similar role in the retail or shopping center sector is an advantage.
