Role Description The Management Information System Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves preparing, maintaining, and updating MIS reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across teams.

The executive will collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensure data accuracy, and highlight trends, variances, and key performance indicators. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs, streamlining information systems processes, and delivering timely reports and insights.



The role also includes documenting reporting procedures, improving reporting efficiency, and supporting management with ad hoc data requests and analysis.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), with the ability to understand and optimize reporting structures.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and problem-solving using quantitative information.
- Hands-on experience in MIS Reporting, including creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and summaries for various business functions.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and present insights clearly in written and verbal form.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage).
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in an MIS or reporting role is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with database concepts, basic SQL, and automation of reports is a plus.
