Role Description The Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair operations across Trimurty Builders’ properties and facilities. This role includes planning and scheduling preventive maintenance, supervising maintenance staff and contractors, and ensuring all equipment and building systems function safely and efficiently.
The Maintenance
Manager will inspect sites regularly, diagnose issues, coordinate repairs, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory. The position also involves implementing maintenance standards,
monitoring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with project and property management teams to minimize downtime and enhance resident and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Maintenance Management and Supervisory Skills to lead teams and coordinate daily operations effectively.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure reliable performance and reduced breakdowns.
- Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair skills to troubleshoot issues and perform or oversee quality repairs on building systems and equipment.
- Relevant technical education or certification in mechanical, electrical, civil, or facilities engineering is beneficial.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or property management environments is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, maintenance schedules, and safety regulations, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfort working in office, managing multiple priorities, and responding promptly to maintenance emergencies.
