Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 3–5 years for Engineer(s); 5–8 years for Manager, preferably in surface treatment or chemical processing plants.

Reporting To: Plant Head / Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and troubleshoot pumps, motors, tanks, pipelines, heaters, exhaust systems, and other plant equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and equipment improvements.
- Minimize equipment downtime and ensure smooth production operations.
- Manage spare parts, maintenance records, and external service providers.
- Ensure proper functioning of utilities, ventilation, and chemical handling systems.
- Enforce LOTO, permit-to-work, and safe maintenance procedures.
- Ensure proper PPE usage and safe handling of acids, alkalis, and other hazardous chemicals.
- Inspect emergency showers, eyewash stations, exhaust systems, and safety devices.
- Identify hazards, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety,



environmental, and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

- Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plant utility systems.
- Understanding of surface treatment equipment and chemical hazards.
- Robust troubleshooting, planning, and team management skills.

- Equipment reliability and reduced downtime.
- Timely completion of preventive maintenance.
- Control of maintenance costs.
- Compliance with safety procedures and timely closure of safety observations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
