The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our manufacturing facilities and ensuring that all equipment and machinery are running smoothly to support our production process.
- Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure the effective operation of our manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities and equipment to identify any maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including scheduling, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure availability for maintenance tasks.
- Supervise and support the maintenance team in their day-to-day activities, providing guidance and training as needed.
