- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, if applicable.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Skills and Tools Required
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

- Experience with preventive maintenance practices and methodologies.
- Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and automation systems.
