Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Managed Print Services (MPS) qualified with strong expertise in enterprise print environments, print infrastructure management, and HP MPS solutions. The candidate will be responsible for assessing print environments, evaluating operational processes, managing print infrastructure, and ensuring service delivery aligns with business requirements and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess enterprise Managed Print Services (MPS) environments, including architecture, infrastructure, tools, and operational processes.
- Evaluate print servers, print management solutions, printer fleets, and enterprise printing infrastructure.
- Manage printer lifecycle activities, including deployment, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning.
- Assess print security, access controls, and secure printing practices.
- Review MPS service delivery models, vendor performance, and SLA compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve print infrastructure efficiency, reduce operational costs, and optimize fleet performance.
- Evaluate existing MPS tools, processes, and service management practices.




- Provide recommendations for improving enterprise print operations and service quality.
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate technical and operational requirements.

Essential Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Managed Print Services (MPS).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise printing environments, preferably HP MPS.
- Hands-on knowledge of print infrastructure and print servers.
- Experience with print management solutions and fleet management.
- Knowledge of printer lifecycle management.
- Understanding of enterprise print security.
- Experience assessing MPS architecture, tools, operational processes, SLAs, and vendor delivery models.
- Strong analytical, technical assessment, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills
- Experience with HP enterprise printing solutions.
- Knowledge of print fleet optimization and cost management.
- Experience with enterprise service delivery and vendor management.
- Familiarity with the Media, Print & Publishing business domain.
