- To oversee the Maintenance activities of Plastic Injection Molding & Extrusion machines
- Scheduling and Responsible for Predictive / Preventive / Breakdown maintenance of these machines
- Core strength should be at least any two from Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Hydraulic segments
- Independent working abilities of machine problem diagnosis, solving and troubleshooting
- Responsible to develop and to implement best maintenance practices
- Responsible for upkeep & maintenance of plant utilities & ancillaries
- Responsible for handling AMC of the equipment used for material handling
- Having sound knowledge of Electrical Panel & related Energy Cost Saving parameters
- Hands on experience of Low-Cost Automation projects
- Target of Equipment Maintenance Downtime should be <1.0% of the Available time, Kaizen min 1.0 / month
- Having knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, TPM, etc
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly Maintenance Report (MTTR / MTBF)
- Excellent oral & written English skills with computer literacy for business communication
- Training the subordinates for multiskilled roles
