At Hyderabad.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelors degree in Chemical engineering
- Experience: 10+ Years
- Typically, 5 to 7+ years of experience in HSE, risk management, or industrial auditing, preferably in Pharmaceutical organisations.

Experience leading multi-site or corporate-level audits
- Certifications:
- Professional HSE or auditor certifications (e.g., ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor equivalent)

Job Overview

- Role Type: Corporate Assurance & Compliance
- Primary Objective: Independently assess HSE management systems, identify systemic risks or non-conformities, and drive continuous safety and environmental performance.
- Key Scope: Multi-site audits, policy updates, incident root-cause analysis, and regulatory tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Audit Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute risk-based annual corporate HSE audit plans.
- Lead or participate in internal audits across corporate offices, manufacturing plants, or project sites.
- System & Compliance Evaluation:
- Inspect facilities, review documentation (permits, training logs, incident records), and interview staff.




- Compare local site practices against global HSE manuals, local legislation, and ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Verification of implementation effectiveness of various programs and identify execution gaps for assessment
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Draft comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings, risk levels, and actionable recommendations.
- Analyze findings for systemic gaps, root causes, and trends across the organization.
- Corrective Action Tracking:
- Oversee and verify the closure of non-conformities and action items in tracking systems (e.g., Enablon)
- Continuous Improvement & Training:
- Maintain and update corporate HSE audit manuals, checklists, and training tools.
- Support site management and regional teams with audit process coaching and awareness.
