4. Capacity calculations-Monitor and update the manpower, resources, tools, and tackles allocation as per the processes.

5. Implementation/evaluation of process analyses and changes in terms of Resource optimization.

6. Develop layouts, material, and information flows to meet the customer requirements.

7. Accurate Forecasting based on logical calculations with full backup for planning.

8. Develop and implement warehouse strategies based on Client's schedule, material & manpower resources availability.

Direct the application of the Project Management methodology in the business unit.

10. Compose cost estimate (e.g., personnel, equipment, tools, and tackles required), warehouse planning, if necessary, layout creation, cost, and price determination.

11. Implementation and evaluation of process analysis and process changes.

12. Driving the MRM Meeting and Customer KPI Meeting- Monitoring KPI, action plan and follow-up for control

13. Evaluation of key performance indicators - Success control through target/actual comparisons

14. MHE Moto hours measurement, optimization through proper study and methodology.

15. Kaizen Management and Poka-yoke Implementation and management as well as IDEA generation.
