Job Title: Logistics Executive

The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the supply chain processes to ensure effective and effective movement of goods from suppliers to customers. This role includes oversight of inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. The Logistics Executive will work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations and reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to negotiate contracts and establish favorable terms.
- Analyze logistics data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage warehouse operations, including storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Report on logistics performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Resolve any logistics-related issues in a timely manner.

Skills and Tools Required

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in logistics software and systems (e.g., TMS, WMS).
- Familiarity with inventory management concepts and techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to transportation and logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
