Purpose/Objective

As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations across the supply chain.

Based in Ahmedabad, you will collaborate daily with Carmichael CHPP, Bowen Rail Company, and Abbot Point Operations, leveraging advanced technologies such as SPIRE, Port Vu, and in-house dashboards to optimize logistics and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Sales Contract Administration- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts - Administer contracts through discharge port quality confirmation, buyer sampling, and settlement of Dispatch & Demurrage - Train Planning- Plan daily and weekly train movements using Port Vu - Shipping Documentation- Prepare and manage Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (COO), and Export Declaration Number (EDN) - Inventory Management- Monitor inventory at port and site for different coal grades - Coordinate with customers for vessel arrivals to earn Despatch - Technology & Digital Dexterity- Utilize Port Vu, SPIRE, and dashboards for inventory and logistics planning





- Drive operational efficiency through digital tools - Planning & Coordination- Align daily and weekly production plans with vessel schedules - Optimize product mix to maximize realization per tonne - Vessel Operations - Nomination of vessel, compliance check and coordination with customers for vessel acceptance - Coordination with Vessel agent for timely information and release of B/L for payment purpose Office Timing - 8am to 5PM from Monday to Friday and 8am to 12:30 PM from Saturday

May required Australia for 2 to 4 weeks in year if needed.

in any stream - Solid Analytical Skills and proficient level Microsoft Excel Skills - 6–10 years of experience in Logistics or Mining industry - Excellent communication skills to work in Australian Environment
