अपने assigned area में जाकर दुकानदारों और छोटे business owners से मिलना होगा। जिन customers को loan की जरूरत है, उन्हें identify करना और current customer leads generate करनी होंगी। Customers को Retail Loan और Overdraft (OD) products के बारे में समझाना होगा। नए customers बनाना और existing customers के साथ अच्छे relations maintain करना होगा। Loan-related sales targets achieve करने होंगे। Customers से payment collection और follow-up करना होगा। यह एक Field Job है,



जिसमें market में regularly travel करना होगा। ### ✅ Candidate Requirements Minimum 10th Pass होना चाहिए। Fresher candidates भी apply कर सकते हैं। Communication और customer handling skills अच्छी होनी चाहिए। Hindi और local language का knowledge होना चाहिए; basic English भी आनी चाहिए। Sales और customers को convince करने की ability होनी चाहिए। Team में और independently काम करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए। Field work और travelling के लिए ready होना चाहिए। ### ?
