Key Responsibilities
- Loan application processing from submission to settlement
- Document collection and verification
- Serviceability calculations and lender policy checks
- Working with lender and aggregator portals
- Following up with lenders, BDMs and clients
- Maintaining CRM records and compliance documentation
Requirements
- knowledge of overseas mortgage broking
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple applications independently
