The role involves loan sales, customer acquisition, loan application support, and customer relationship management. Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers interested in loan products.
Promote and explain suitable loan products to prospective customers. Generate leads and acquire recent customers through field visits. Assist customers with loan applications and required documentation.
Conduct customer visits and support loan verification processes.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow up with customers and achieve assigned business targets.
Eligibility
CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates must be comfortable with fieldwork and customer interaction. Knowledge of Tamil and English is required. Good communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
