The role involves customer acquisition, loan-related activities, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process. Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers for loan products.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and application procedures. Assist customers with loan applications and required documentation. Conduct field visits and support customer verification, wherever required.
Maintain customer records and follow up on loan applications. Support repayment follow-ups and maintain positive customer relationships.
