(BFIL) Department: BSS (Business Support Services) Location: Jharkhand Role Purpose: To drive Business Retail Loan (BRL) business by sourcing customers, conducting business assessments, processing loan applications, supporting disbursements, and ensuring portfolio quality through regular customer engagement and collection follow-up.
Key Responsibilities: Source and acquire Business Retail Loan customers from assigned areas. Conduct field visits and assess customer business, income, and repayment capacity. Complete customer KYC, documentation, and loan proposal submission. Support loan disbursement and post-disbursement monitoring activities.
