We are looking for a Light Technician to support lighting operations for events, live shows, and productions. The candidate will assist with installing, operating, and maintaining lighting equipment to create effective lighting arrangements for different events.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and set up lighting fixtures and equipment for events.
- Operate stage lights and lighting control systems.
- Adjust lighting effects according to event requirements.
- Test lighting equipment and check connections before events.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic lighting equipment issues.
- Coordinate with sound technicians and other event crew members.
- Dismantle, pack, and store lighting equipment safely.
- Follow electrical and workplace safety procedures.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of stage lighting and lighting equipment.
- Experience in event production or lighting operations is preferred.
- Ability to operate lighting controls and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours depending on event schedules.
