1. Main Mission:

To perform legal function of Tirumala Milk in litigation management, dues recovery, contract management and dispute resolution by adhering to the policies laid down by Lactalis India.

To Litigation Manager, Lactalis India, Chennai
1. Scope of responsibilities:

- To handle contract management.
- To handle litigation management
- To support Recovery of dues and coordinate with Credit team on the subject
- To support the sales team in resolving commercial disputes by way of mediation.
- To interact with advocates, consultants, statutory authorities in relation to legal matters.
- Drafting of contracts, deeds, bonds and agreements etc.
- To draft replies to notices received from statutory authorities, customers and vendors etc.




- To interact with local offices of the Company situated all over India and to guide them as to legal compliances etc.

1. Profile expected:

- Educational Qualification : Law Degree from a recognised law university in India.
- Should have done internship with practising Advocate during College/ work experience.
- Candidate should be open to travel frequently.
- Candidate should be willing to attend Police Stations, Courts, Government Offices on need basis.
- Must have experience working with Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint) and Manupatra and Compliance tool (optional), Contract management tool (optional)
- Languages: English and Telugu (Read/Speak) Mandatory.
- Work Location: Chennai, Corporate office.
