This role involves managing and overseeing legal matters related to debt recovery, handling legal disputes, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of debt recovery processes, legal documentation, and negotiation techniques.

- Initiate and manage the debt recovery process, including collection of outstanding payments from clients/customers.

- Communicate with debtors to negotiate payment terms and settlement agreements.

- Monitor accounts and take appropriate legal steps for delinquent or overdue accounts.

- Coordinate with external collection agencies or attorneys, if required.

- Draft and review legal documents related to debt recovery, including notices, settlement agreements, and lawsuits.

- Resolve legal conflicts through negotiation, settlement, or litigation as required.

- Maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings, recovery actions, and communications with debtors.
