Corporate Legal Team to add a dedicated Tradeamrk resource, reporting to Legal head, responsible for end to end trademark strategy and implementation.
1. Responsible for trademark coordination among international and Indian trademark firms.
2. The person shall be responsible for drafting the C&D; notices inhouse after the legal due diligence of all infringement cases in India and abroad.
3. Responsible for upkeep for the Trademark MIS and tracking certificates of applied cases.
4. Coordinating with external agengies for filing and tracking oppositions to identical/ similar trademarks of that of EAPL
5. Additional responsibility to supervise the design and patents filing for EAPL and subsidiaries.
6. The resource shall be responsible for internation trademark infringement cases and ensure timely compliance in case of ongoing Trademark litigation.
