LegalForce RAPC Private Limited / Trademarkia is looking for a Legal Assistant with strong legal research and drafting skills to support U.S. and international trademark matters, complex Office Action responses, and cease-and-desist (C&D;) correspondence.

? Location: Nagpur — Onsite

? Employment Type: Full time

? Salary: ₹30,000 per month

? Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in preparing U.S. and international trademark applications and related filing documents.
- Analyze complex trademark Office Actions, identify substantive refusals and procedural objections, and draft detailed responses for attorney review.
- Conduct legal research and develop well-supported arguments to address refusals, including likelihood of confusion and descriptiveness.
- Prepare responses to international trademark examination reports, including Canadian examination reports, under attorney supervision.
- Draft cease-and-desist notices, responses, and related legal correspondence.




- Evaluate final Office Actions and assist attorneys with research and recommendations on further proceedings, including TTAB appeals.
- Incorporate attorney feedback, coordinate client follow-ups, and monitor filing deadlines.
- Contribute to drafting templates, reference materials, and improvements in drafting quality.
- Use AI tools responsibly to support research and drafting while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in trademark research, complex Office Action responses, and legal drafting.
- Familiarity with U.S. and international trademark procedures and C&D; correspondence.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines.
- A proactive approach and availability to join immediately.
