The Lead Talent Acquisition position at Trask is responsible for the successful execution of global recruitment strategies, processes, and tools. The successful candidate will be able to plan and manage all recruiting activities and source, screen, interview, evaluate, and select qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of industry best practices and possess a history of achieving best in class metrics within the talent acquisition space.

The candidate should have the ability to establish strong relationships with hiring managers and to coach them on the best practices in the execution of the recruitment life cycle. This fast paced position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to solve problems and think strategically. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can provide innovative solutions to help Trask stay ahead in the ever-changing recruitment landscape.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop, implement and manage short- and long-term talent acquisition strategies that are aligned with company's goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain a system for identifying, screening,



and interviewing the most qualified talent for current and future needs of the company.
- Identify and source potential candidates through different resources such as job boards, college recruitment programs, referrals, networking, and other recruitment methods.
- Network in professional associations and attend job fairs to stay informed about current trends in recruiting and hiring processes.
- Make employment decisions, including whether candidates meet the minimum and core criteria for the position and if the candidate is a right cultural fit with the organization.
- Lead onboarding processes to ensure successful transition of current hires into the company.
- Develop and present talent acquisition related reports to the leadership team.
- Develop partnerships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Analyze and assess the effectiveness of current recruitment strategies and recommend improvements.
