Outlaw Motors is currently pursuing grant funding and pilot deployment. During the pre-funding stage, the arrangement will be based on agreed deliverables with TA/DA or approved work-related expenses; a fixed salary is not currently guaranteed. A modest stipend may be introduced after funding, with salary reviewed as the pilot and revenue develop. Any equity or long-term incentive will be subject to a separate written agreement
