We are looking for a Lead QA with 10+ years of experience in software testing, strong expertise in Retail and Commercial Banking, and hands-on experience in API and Database Testing.

Experience with FIS Core Banking is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end QA activities including test planning, test case design, execution, defect management, and release validation.
- Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform and oversee functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Lead API testing covering service validation, request/response, error handling, and integration flows.
- Perform database testing using SQL, including data validation, data integrity, and reconciliation.
- Validate banking workflows and integrations leveraging knowledge of FIS Core Banking.
- Exposure to test automation and CI/CD.
- Experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams.




- Manage defect triage, prioritization, root-cause analysis, and resolution with development teams.
- Provide QA status, risks, and quality metrics to project and business stakeholders.
- Mentor QA team members and drive adherence to QA standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of QA/testing experience, including experience in a Lead QA role.
- Strong domain knowledge of Retail and Commercial Banking.
- Hands-on experience with API Testing and Database Testing/SQL.
- Experience with FIS Core Banking.
- Robust understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and defect lifecycle.
- Experience with tools such as Postman, Jira/Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
