• Manage and lead MEP Contractors throughout duration of the project
Key Responsibilities of Role
- Manage and lead MEP Contractors throughout duration of the project - Monitor and control execution tasks performed by contractors to meet defined timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with various teams to implement electrical systems and ensure alignment with project schedules.
- Ensure adherence to IPC standards and statutory compliance for electrical installations.
- Conduct quality checks of electrical materials and verify contract bills to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Involve in arranging materials and planning of manpower to finish the work in the given time frame.
- Coordinate with the Engineering and Design teams to provide site inputs for electrical drawings and project requirements.
- Attend project, site progress, and any MEP services-related technical meetings as directed by the project manager - Ensure successful commissioning and handover of electrical systems to the client, addressing any issues that arise during the process.
Technical Competencies
Qualifications and Experience
- BE / B.
Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
