· Lead the development of strategic technical initiatives and provide implementation oversight across multiple products.
· Drive technical excellence and innovation, including the adoption of AI technologies, across the engineering organization
· Provide high-level technical consultation across projects and delivery teams while maintaining hands-on involvement in critical initiatives
· Champion and establish best practices, industry standards, and quality frameworks across teams
· Partner with product leadership to ensure technical strategy aligns with business objectives
· Mentor and upskill engineering teams while fostering a culture of technical excellence
· Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices including test automation, CI/CD, and monitoring
Tech skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages,
and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team:
· Full-stack development expertise across .NET suit - C#, .NET, Web services, Oracle, PL/SQL, Windows server and IIS
· Deep knowledge of cloud architecture
· Experience with up-to-date databases (both SQL and NoSQL)
· Understanding of GenAI tools and platforms
· Experience with monitoring and observability tools
