Purpose/Objective

The Advanced Cell Technology Lead will be responsible for driving next-generation battery cell technology development, focusing on advanced lithium-ion chemistries, solid-state batteries, silicon-anode technology, high-energy-density cells, and emerging energy storage solutions.

The role involves leading research, material evaluation, prototype development, technology roadmap creation, and commercialization of advanced cell technologies for EV and BESS applications.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Lead development of next-generation battery technologies and cell architectures.
- Evaluate advanced cathode, anode, electrolyte, separator, and binder materials.
- Drive innovation in high-energy-density and high-power battery cells.
- Lead research on solid-state batteries, sodium-ion batteries,



silicon-anode, and next-generation chemistries.
- Establish technology roadmaps aligned with business and market requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Tech/MS/PhD in Battery Technology, Electrochemistry, Energy Storage, or Materials Science preferred.
