We are looking for a Junior Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Dove Soft Limited.

The ideal candidate will assist in creating engaging videos, graphics and digital marketing materials for our brand. The candidate will work closely with the Creative Head to develop high-quality content, support ongoing projects, and ensure timely delivery of creative assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce professional videos for social media, marketing campaigns, corporate presentations, and promotional activities.
- Design creative graphics, social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Assist in creating motion graphics, animations, and engaging visual content.
- Work collaboratively with the Creative Head to develop cutting-edge concepts and designs.
- Resize and adapt creatives for different social media and digital platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.
- Support video editing, graphic design, and other creative activities as required.
- Manage multiple projects and complete assignments within deadlines.
- Organize and maintain creative assets, project files, and design resources.

Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills:





- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good working knowledge of Canva and Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with other creative design tools.
- Understanding of video editing, transitions, effects, sound editing and colour correction.
- Knowledge of social media trends.
- Basic understanding of AI-powered creative tools will be an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

- 0–2 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Freshers with strong creative skills and portfolios are welcome.
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, colours and visual storytelling.
- Creativity, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidates with relevant practical skills and a strong portfolio will also be considered.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, adaptable and eager to learn, with an interest in video production, graphic design, social media content and modern AI-based creative tools.

Portfolio Requirement: Candidates should share samples of their video editing and graphic design work.
