Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels.
- Shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
- Track candidates, coordinate interviews, and follow up throughout the hiring process.
- Identify suitable talent based on requirements shared by Business POCs.
- Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and hiring teams.
