Role Description The Junior Merchandiser role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram Delhi NCR. The Merchandiser will manage styles and orders. Daily responsibilities include reviewing tech-packs, managing timelines, and ensuring samples, fits, and approvals are delivered as per buyer requirements.

The role involves liaising with fabric and trim suppliers, tracking order status, resolving issues,



and maintaining transparent, regular communication with stakeholders. The Merchandiser will also support packaging and shipment readiness, and provide updates and reports to management and brand partners. Package - 30-45K based on experience and skills.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage buyer interactions, clarify requirements, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- 3-4 years of work experience as a merchandiser.
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, especially activewear and sportswear, including tech-pack interpretation and sampling workflows.
- Proficiency in basic merchandising tools (spreadsheets, order tracking systems) and strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in production, sourcing, and quality, and to handle multiple programs simultaneously.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Production, Textiles, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a garment manufacturing or buying office setting in Gurugram or similar hubs is an advantage.
