Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Engineer role based in Jaipur.

The Junior

Engineer will support senior engineers in the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems and processes relevant to the company’s financial services operations. Daily responsibilities may include assisting with technical analysis, preparing documentation and reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting troubleshooting and performance improvements. The role also involves adhering to safety, quality, and compliance standards, following established procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The Junior

Engineer is expected to learn quickly, take ownership of assigned tasks,



and collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Qualifications

- Foundational engineering knowledge in a relevant discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, or related field), with the ability to apply basic principles to practical problems.
- Proficiency in technical documentation, report writing, and use of standard office and engineering tools or software (e.g., MS Office, CAD or analytical tools as applicable).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes and quality standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and respond constructively to feedback.
- Ability to work in office in Jaipur, manage time and priorities efficiently, and maintain professionalism in a dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical field from a recognized institution.
- Willingness to learn industry-specific practices in financial services and adapt to new technologies and tools; prior internship or project experience in an industrial or corporate setting is an advantage.
