Job Title: Junior Engineer / Engineer - Quality Process (Solar)

As a Junior Engineer / Engineer in the Quality Process team for our solar division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of solar products and processes. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance product quality and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including production, design, and supply chain to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement quality control plans and strategies for solar products.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in root cause analysis for quality problems and support the development of solutions.
- Maintain documentation related to quality processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in training programs to enhance team awareness of quality standards and practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and quality engineering methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred).
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Familiarity with solar technology and processes is a plus.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with quality management systems and data analysis tools is an advantage.
