We're Hiring Junior Counselor (Freshers)

? Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? Experience: Freshers Welcome

? Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

? Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 in-hand + Incentives

? Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role:

Edulift is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Junior Counselors to connect with prospective students, provide course guidance, and support the admissions process for online Bachelor’s and Master’s programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective students.
- Explain course details, fee structures, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails.
- Assist Senior Counselors in converting leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly calling, follow-up, and admission targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Requirements:





- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
