Production Assembly line supervisor

- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner
- Maintain & follow the production schedule
- To Meet Daily Production Targets, Productivity improvement, Line Balancing, On Time Delivery
- Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training
- Ensure that health and safety laws are followed
- Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers
- Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement
- Obtaining any materials and equipment required
- Material Planning & floor Inventory control
- Documentation like Daily production report, Hourly chart preparation, Failure & Break down records, KPI
- Select Equipments and take responsibility for its maintenance
- Skill Enhancement of Manpower & Make Skill Matrix of Oprators/Technicians/workers
- Follow Production SOP's to make Positive Quality Product, Make WI's , Maintain checkliest, PPMC
- Prepare PPE Matrix for all production process
- Performs any other responsibilities assinged by the management from time to time
