Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Java DSA Trainer to deliver technical training in Java programming and Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) to college students. The candidate will be responsible for conducting practical, interactive training sessions, helping students strengthen their problem-solving skills, and preparing them for technical interviews and placement opportunities.

The role requires travel to colleges for training assignments, with Vijayawada as the base location.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on Java programming and Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
- Explain core Java concepts, object-oriented programming (OOP), and programming fundamentals.
- Teach data structures such as arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, hash tables, and heaps.
- Explain algorithms, including searching, sorting, recursion, backtracking, greedy algorithms, and dynamic programming.
- Train students in problem-solving, coding practice, time complexity, and space complexity.
- Conduct coding exercises, assignments, mock tests, and assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Prepare training materials,



coding examples, practice problems, and session plans.
- Support students in developing technical interview and campus placement readiness.
- Travel to assigned colleges across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to conduct training sessions as per the training schedule.
- Coordinate with the internal training and operations teams regarding schedules, student progress, and training outcomes.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessment results, and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; equivalent qualifications with relevant expertise may also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of Java programming and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Positive understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Proficiency in solving coding problems and explaining programming concepts clearly.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students with different levels of technical understanding.
- Willingness to travel to colleges as required for training assignments.
- Prior experience in technical training, teaching, mentoring, or software development is preferred.
