Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Contribute to the migration of existing C++ services and applications

into contemporary Java-based microservices and APIs.
- Analyze legacy codebases, understand business workflows, and translate

requirements into scalable software solutions.
- Develop RESTful services and integrate with internal and external

systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, secure, and high-performance code following

engineering best practices.
- Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and technical

solutioning.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support application performance

optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA engineers, and

cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives around development

processes, automation, and engineering excellence.
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes

wherever applicable. Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- 3-5 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 11/17 or higher preferred).
- Solid experience in Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.




- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design

patterns.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or

similar.
- Working knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with software development best practices, including code

reviews, unit testing, and debugging.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to CI/CD tools and pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions,

Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Basic to intermediate DevOps knowledge, including build automation,

deployment pipelines, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker and orchestration

platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with messaging technologies, event-driven architectures, or

middleware platforms.
- Prior experience working on application modernization or technology

migration projects.
