- Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
- Shift: Night Shift / Rotational Shift
- Salary up to ₹40,000/month (based on skills and experience)

Responsibilities

- Generate leads and follow up with prospects via calls and email
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT solutions
- Prepare quotations and maintain sales records
- Resolve basic hardware, software and network issues
- Escalate complex issues and maintain support tickets

Requirements

- Fresher to 3 years of experience
- Good verbal and written communication
- Basic knowledge of computers, software and networking
- IT, technical support or sales background preferred
- Comfortable with night and rotational shifts
