We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Support Account Management Associate with experience in international voice processes and a strong background in upselling, cross-selling, or sales. The candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage international customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Identify sales opportunities and drive upselling and cross-selling.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products or services.




- Support account management activities and resolve customer queries.
- Meet assigned sales targets, conversion goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
- Prior experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling.
- Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills.
- Solid customer handling, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
- Good problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
