Key Responsibilities:

- Automate business processes and reduce repetitive manual tasks.

- Manage servers, networks, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.

- Ensure smooth functioning of HRMS, FMS, internet calling, and other business applications.

- Maintain system security, data backups, user access, and software updates.

- Provide technical support and employee training on IT tools and systems.

- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, maintenance, licensing, and repairs.

- Maintain IT asset inventories, documentation, and standard operating procedures.

- Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and prepare periodic reports.

- Evaluate new technologies to improve productivity and optimize costs.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, servers, networking, and system administration.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

- Knowledge of HRMS,



FMS, business applications, and process automation.

- Understanding of cybersecurity, data backup, access management, and disaster recovery.

- Skills in IT asset management, vendor coordination, and software licensing.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

- Ability to train employees and drive technology adoption.

- Proficiency in IT documentation, reporting, and performance monitoring.
