About the Role:

Lead the on-premise + cloud IT infrastructure — server administration, business applications, backup / DR / BCP — at Dodla Dairy Ltd, a listed multi-plant manufacturing company. Own operations, own the team, own the outcomes. Close coordination with the Network & Security team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own end-to-end IT Infrastructure operations — on-premise data centre + cloud services.
2. Server administration (Windows OS), Hyper-V virtualization, patching, backup / DR / BCP.
3. Automate routine IT-Ops tasks via PowerShell (patching, monitoring, housekeeping, alerts).
4. Drive hardware standardization, capacity planning and lifecycle management.
5. Supervise a team of 3-5 engineers (Server, User, Device Infra + Helpdesk); mentor and grow the team.
6. Work in close coordination with N&S; team for network segmentation, endpoint security, ITGC controls.
7. Own ISO 27001:2022 compliance for IT-Infra scope; manage IT budgets and vendor SLAs.
8. Strong ownership, work ethics and communication discipline.

Added Advantage:

1. Additional virtualization platforms — VMware / Nutanix.
2.



Server hardware / storage certifications (Dell / HPE / NetApp / Cisco).
3. Working knowledge of AI / ML for IT operations.
4. Familiarity with ISO 27001 / ITGC / DPDP / SEBI cybersecurity frameworks.
5. ITIL 4 Foundation.
6. Manufacturing workplace experience.

Qualification:

1. Any Graduate in IT / Computer Science / Engineering.

Experience:

1. 6-10 years in IT Infrastructure management.

Hands-on expertise in (must and should):

1. Windows Server administration.
2. Hyper-V virtualization.
3. PowerShell scripting for automation.
4. On-premise infrastructure (servers, storage).
5. Backup / DR / BCP planning and execution.
6. AWS Certified (SysOps / Solutions Architect) OR Microsoft Certified (Azure Administrator / Windows Server / Solutions Architect).
