Position Overview:

The IT Manager – Infrastructure Support will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of systems and services. This role includes overseeing network operations, server management, endpoint security, and CCTV surveillance infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Management:

- Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage systems, networks, and endpoints.

- Manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure (Windows/Linux environments).

- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for business-critical systems.

2. Network & Security:

- Administer LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, VPNs, and Wi-Fi systems.

- Implement cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, and compliance controls.

- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for internet and leased line management.

3. CCTV Surveillance System Management:

- Oversee installation,



configuration, and maintenance of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and surveillance networks.

- Ensure uninterrupted recording, real-time monitoring, and data retention policies.

- Coordinate with security vendors for AMC, SLA compliance, and system health checks.

- Integrate CCTV systems with central monitoring, cloud storage, or security operations center (SOC), if applicable.

4. IT Support & Operations:

- Lead L1/L2 IT support team for timely issue resolution.

- Manage IT asset inventory, software licenses, and IT budgeting.

- Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and compliance checklists.

5. Project & Vendor Management:

- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrade projects.

- Evaluate and manage IT and surveillance vendors.

- Ensure SLA adherence and quality of deliverables.
